Cambodia has the privilege to be part of Let’s Do It! World families as we are sharing a common value and vision – Waste-Free World! On behalf of Let's Do It World, River Ocean Cleanup would like to thank the Royal Government of Cambodia, partners, supporters, and all volunteers for ongoing support of World Cleanup Day every year since the first official World Cleanup Day event was organized in Cambodia back in 2018 by Country Leader, World Cleanup Day Cambodia.
WCD 2024, is an exceptional year and time for Cambodia and the world. River Ocean Cleanup collaborates with 7 Ministries - the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, and the Ministry of Cult and Religion to involve 1 million volunteers in 1 day (Saturday 21 September 2024). All volunteers come from public and private educational institutions, companies, the tourism industry, Union Youth Federations of Cambodia, Embassies, Local and International NGOs, and citizens... across Cambodia to participate in World Cleanup Day 2024.
