This year, Impact Day expects over 2,000 participants. The festival spans three stages filled with informative content, and features more than 100 speakers, all ready to share their insights on sustainability, innovation, and positive change.
The event brings together people who want to create a positive impact on the world – people who want to do something to make life around us better, people who are really taking steps for a brighter future – like all of us in the Let’s Do It World (LDIW) network!

At Impact Day, the most successful Baltic “impacters” in their given field will step up to the stage, at the various practical workshops, discussions, panels, and pitching competitions taking place. To top it off, the event wraps up with an entertaining cultural program.
Catch our Digital Cleanup workshop
One of the highlights of this collaboration is our very own LDIW workshop, titled "How to Reduce the Impact of Digital Waste on the Environment''. This workshop will be run by Heidi Solba, LDIW President and Head of Global Network, on 5 October, from 3:30-4:30 pm (Estonian time) at Botik.
The carbon footprint of the internet, and its supporting systems, accounts for about 4% of global greenhouse emissions. In a decade, the energy consumption of the information and communication sector is expected to amount to 20% of the world's total electricity output. Digital waste is a new, invisible type of waste, whose impact is rapidly increasing.
In the workshop, we’ll discuss what digital trash is, the sheer scale of its impact, why it's important to tackle it, and how to reduce it, both individually and in your organization.
